The only reason to ever come here was to listen to some bluegrass at the iconic Station Inn, opened since 1974 or to perhaps to grab a meat and three at Arnold’s, a soul food institution, opened since 1982. In the past twenty years no area of Nashville has experienced as much growth as here.
