The Fairlane Hotel is an 81-room luxury hotel located in downtown Nashville. It features a unique design inspired by the mid-century modern aesthetic, with a focus on clean lines, geometric shapes, and bold colors. Rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and custom furnishings. The 12 story building which was converted into the Hotel was built in 1972 and originally used as the Nashville headquarters of Fidelity Federal Savings and Loan.
