Layla’s is Broadway’s bluegrass bar! Founded by Layla Vartanian in 1997, vintage license plates cover the ceiling and Vartinian’s band Yesterday’s Makeup still plays here many a Sunday afternoon. Layla’s is the only female, independently owned bar on Lower Broadway.
