Otto's in Sylvan Park is a neighborly cocktail bar and taco spot with a laid-back vibe and a homey indoor-outdoor design. Husband and wife team James and Louisa Green of Headquarters Coffee in Nashville transformed the space which was once an auto shop into the charming bar which opened in 2020. On the menu find multiple taco options, nachos, queso, guac and a number of drink choices from creative cocktails to beer and wine staples.

Sylvan Park
Sylvan Park, where the streets have state names, is a lovely neighborhood on Nashville's west side close enough to still be in the city but far enough away to provide some peace and quiet. Largely residential although surrounded on all sides by big commercial streets, Sylvan Park contains mostly older, arts and crafts style homes.
