Red's Hot Chicken named for Nashville native and head chef Eric 'Red' White is a former food truck turned West End mainstay that serves some of Music City's best hot chicken. Red's serves their hot chicken in a variety of different styles, with our personal favorite being their hot chicken and mac and cheese crunch wrap.
