Nestled in a bustling stretch of Germantown, Henrietta Red is an American restaurant offering seasonal contemporary cooking in an elegant coastal-themed setting. The dream of Nashville-native and chef Julia Sullivan, Henrietta Red focuses on simple, fresh ingredients and seafood.
Since opening in 2017, Henrietta Red has been named one of America’s 50 Best New Restaurants by Bon Appetit (2017) and one of GQ’s Best New Restaurants in America (2018). Henrietta Red is named in honor of chef Julia’s grandparents and embodies their Carolina low-country hospitality.

One of Nashville's oldest neighborhoods is the quaint and lovely Germantown which sits just north of downtown and spans a grand total of 18 city blocks. Germantown was designated as a historic community by the National Register of Historic Places in 1979 and features many attractions such as the Nashville Farmer's Market, the Tennessee State Museum, First Horizons Park and the beautiful Bicentennial Park.
