8th & Roast is a charming, locally-owned coffee shop with three locations in Nashville including one at BNA. 8th & Roast's second iteration in the city, located on Charlotte Avenue near Sylvan Park, features tons of natural light, multiple seating areas and is significantly larger than their original cafe on 8th Avenue. 8th is known for their fantastic seasonal coffee menu, fresh food cooked in house and great selection of teas.

8th & Roast began on 8th Avenue and has expanded with additional locations on Charlotte Avenue, in Midtown, and inside BNA Airport. They also operate a partner café at Canopy by Hilton in downtown Nashville.
Neighborhood Spotlight:
Sylvan Park, where the streets have state names, is a lovely neighborhood on Nashville's west side close enough to still be in the city but far enough away to provide some peace and quiet. Largely residential although surrounded on all sides by big commercial streets, Sylvan Park contains mostly older, arts and crafts style homes.
