404 Kitchen is a buzzy Gulch restaurant that draws inspiration from time-honored Southern American cooking and modern European techniques. Acclaimed chef Matt Bolus curates and hand selects the restaurants ingredients, suppliers, farms and distillers with an emphasis on sustainability and seasonality. In addition to their large and vibrant interior, 404 also operates a craft whiskey bar named Gertie's in an adjacent space and has a seasonal terrace that overlooks the lights of the Gulch.
