The Bellevue neighborhood highlighted on a map of Nashville

Bellevue is a fast-growing suburban neighborhood located roughly 13 miles southwest of Downtown Nashville. Since the beginning of the 2000s, Bellevue has experienced massive growth including apartments, condominiums, shopping centers, and subdivisions. It’s a great place for nature lovers, over 60 percent of Bellevue consists of land protected by the Nashville Metro Parks’ Conservation Department which includes the beautiful Edwin Warner Park, the Harpeth River State Park and the beginnings of the historic Natchez Trace Parkway. Nashville institution The Loveless Cafe is the neighborhoods most famous restaurant, open since 1951 on its western border.
