Brunch born in New Orleans is the motto of Ruby Sunshine the franchise which has opened two restaurants in greater Nashville, one in Hillsboro Village the other on Main Street in Franklin in the past few years. Brought to you by the owners of The Ruby Slipper Cafe in New Orleans, Ruby Sunshine offers a number of eye-opening cocktails and a cajun inspired brunch menu with a vast assortment of different brunch favorites.
