Nashville food truck tour-de-force The Grilled Cheeserie first opened on the streets of Music City in 2010. This food truck, known for its gourmet grilled cheese and assortment of appetizers, was featured in many national magazines and ranked as one of the top 5 food trucks in America by a number of publications. Now, the Cheeserie has expanded into three different brick and mortar joints around Nashville - the first of these in Hillsboro Village, the second in downtown Franklin and the latest on the east side at Hunter’s Station.
The Grilled Cheeserie was started by husband and wife team Joseph Bogan and Crystal De Luna-Bogan. Crystal, the main chef, is Le Corden Bleu trained and has an extensive culinary background working in some of Southern California’s best fine-dining restaurants and she is the source of the trucks palatable creativity.
